Somatic Inquiry, breath and resonance practices are a powerful, practical way to alleviate stress and anxiety, and to come into a better relationship with your voice or your singing. We each deserve to be heard, and we must start by hearing ourselves without undue shame, doubt or anxiety. Ironically, finding your voice begins with listening.

Whatever your background or current profession, I will support you to move beyond rumination or negative self-talk, and to restore states of balance. We can transform how you relate to yourself, and how you go on to express yourself in the workplace, in the family, on stage, singing, or in public-facing settings.

With zero pressure to use the voice, we start by finding respect for ourselves and our bodies, and responding with compassion towards its protective responses and impulses.

We can work in-person in my practice rooms in South Bristol or Clifton, or online.
